From Guilt to Growth My Personal Journey
For over a decade, I navigated the intense world of corporate Media Ad sales, where the pressure to constantly excel was relentless.
The hustle was real, the numbers were always chasing, and amidst it all, I realized the toll it was taking on my health.

I kept quitting jobs, living in guilt and dissatisfaction despite knowing I was ambitious and talented.
With no time for self-care, I craved "me" time but never found it. The stress was unbearable because I lacked coping strategies.
I felt burnt out, compromising on sleep, nutrition, and movement. Anxiety took over as I was judged by those around me, constantly being told I wasn’t doing enough.


A Journey of Transformation
My breaking point came when I was diagnosed with multiple health conditions like endometriosis, frequent migraines, and digestive issues.

Doctors had warned me that my stress levels were too high and no medicine would help if I did not deal with the root cause.
Realizing I couldn't continue living this way, I turned to practices like sleep coaching, meditation and mindfulness. I immersed myself in various programs, devoured books, followed inspiring spiritual gurus, and found guidance from an incredible coach.
This transformation was life-changing. I began managing stress better, practicing self-care, and as a result eventually thrived at an Australian media company for five years. The skills I learned not only helped me navigate challenges but also inspired me to start my own boutique social media agency, feeling more balanced and fulfilled than ever.

I absolutely love traveling, whether it's exploring new places solo or adventuring with friends and family.
Beaches hold a special place in my heart, having grown up by the sea. There's nothing quite like the peace I find in brisk walks and meditating by the ocean—it truly relaxes me and makes me feel connected to nature.

At home, I share my life with my wonderful partner and our two adorable four-legged kids. Billo Rani, our Persian cat, brings elegance and charm, while Bubu, our rescued hound dog, fills our days with joy and playfulness.
Cooking is another passion of mine; it gets me into a flow state and is incredibly therapeutic.
Lately, I've been diving into Pan Asian cuisine, and it's been an exciting culinary journey.
